What is the best way to make a booking? You can call or text 604 441 7235, send an email via or request a quote here.

My dog does not do well with other dogs, can they be walked alone? Yes of course. I offer the option of either group or private walks depending on your dogs preference and social needs.

Will I get updates on my pet(s) while I am away? I am more than happy to accommodate owners who would like regular updates on their pet. I can offer regular email and/or phone updates to give you peace of mind your pets are in good hands.

What is the minimum number of days that my pet(s) can be cared for? I have no minimum day requirement for any of our services. If you simply require a check-in visit or a single dog walk, I will try my best to accommodate you.

Can I receive a recommendation from current or past clients? Of course, once you let us know the services you are looking to book we can get one of our clients to get in contact with you. For privacy reasons I do not give out client's details, so we instead ask them to get in contact with you.

Can you give my cat/dog a bath? Yes, I can offer in house bathing & grooming for your pet(s) if required

Do you offer overnight pet sitting? This is done on a case by case basis so feel free to get in touch and let us know the date you require. 

Are there additional charges for weekend or public holiday bookings? Our booking rates stay the same throughout the year.

Will I get to meet my pet sitter before I make my decision? Absolutely, it is very important that you feel comfortable with who you are entrusting your beloved pet(s) with so I offer a complimentary meet and greet before all bookings to ensure we are a good match.

How much notice do you require for a booking? We understand that last minute emergencies or trips can happen and we will aim to help where we can but it will depend on availability at the time. At the very minimum we would require 12 hours notice so we can arrange a pickup/drop off keys. Obviously advanced notice is always appreciated.

Do you have a vet to call in an emergency? I will get the information of your local vet prior to you going away as well as an emergency contact. If you don't have a veterinarian, we will use Burrard Animal Hospital & Emergency on West Broadway who are open 24/7. I am also certified in Pet First Aid, so rest assured in an emergency I can administer first aid until we can get your pet into a vet.
